Job summary

Hilti invites an Account Manager to visit customers across UAE, from construction sites to offices, delivering consultative software solutions and services. You will manage your own book of business with coaching from a regional sales manager and opportunities for career growth within a dynamic, hands-on sales team.

The role requires an engineering degree (Civil/Structural/Mechanical) and 1–2 years of professional sales experience in the construction industry, with a valid UAE driver’s license

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE? As an Account Manager, youll be visiting our customers, wherever theyre busy working, to find out how we can help them. You could find yourself on construction sites and nuclear plants or in offices and warehouses. Ours is a model of professional, consultative selling and its a really hands-on job. What You Need Is

• Proficiency in English - written and verbal
• Speaking Hindi, Urdu, or Malayalam is an advantage
• Bachelor/ Master Engineering degree (Civil/ Structural/ Mechanical)
• 1- 2 years professional sales experience
• Experience in Construction industry, site experience is a must
• Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrated the ability to activate new customer relationships
• Excellent time management skills
• To be persuasive, sales driven, customer focused, and a team player
• Showcase strong commitment and discipline
• Valid UAE drivers License
• Currently living in Abu Dhabi, or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi from within the UAE
