Job summary

AnywhereJobs FZCo is expanding into the UAE and hiring Key Account Managers in Dubai to own a portfolio of employers in logistics, construction or healthcare and turn their hiring needs into regular job orders.

Based in Dubai, you will travel to India for interview drives and coordinate with our Delivery Coordinator and sourcing team to implement hiring plans. Fluent English and Hindi or Urdu are required; a UAE driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience in the UAE, ideally in manpower supply, recruitment or related sectors.
• Existing contacts with UAE HR/ops/procurement teams is a strong advantage.
• This is a sales role; profiles from pure HR or admin backgrounds will not be considered.
• Fluent English and Hindi or Urdu; other languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence; own car preferred.

Responsibilities

• Find and win new employers in your sector through site visits and meetings with HR/operations/procurement heads.
• Take job orders in writing covering salary, accommodation, transport, contract length and trade test standards.
• Check that each order is realistic on salary and conditions before sourcing starts.
• Arrange client interviews through video calls or India interview drives.
• Keep accounts active with monthly calls or visits and forecast demand.
• Resolve client issues on quality, delays or replacements with the Aftercare team.
• Pass signed orders to Delivery Coordinator and update clients weekly.
• Record every lead and order in the CRM and grow the portfolio with new accounts.

We are now expanding into the UAE and are hiring Key Account Managers Sales Managers in Dubai to own a portfolio of employers in logistics construction or healthcare and turn their hiring needs into regular job orders

Reports to Head of Business Development

Works with A dedicated Delivery Coordinator and our India sourcing team

Location Dubai out in the field most days with travel to India for interview drives

Package AED 6 000 to 8 000 per month plus incentive on every worker deployed

Key Responsibilities

• Find and win new employers in your sector through site visits and meetings with HR operations project and procurement heads
• Take job orders in writing covering trade numbers salary accommodation food transport contract length and trade test standard
• Check that each order is realistic on salary and conditions before sourcing starts
• Arrange client interviews through video calls trade tests in India or client visits to interview drives
• Keep every account active with monthly calls or visits and forecast upcoming demand
• Resolve client issues on quality delays or replacements together with our Aftercare team
• Pass signed orders to the Delivery Coordinator and update clients every week
• Record every lead order and contact in the CRM
• Grow your portfolio with new accounts every month while keeping existing clients coming back

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience in the UAE, ideally in manpower supply, recruitment or one of these sectors: logistics, construction / MEP or healthcare.Knows the roles and terms of the sector, for example a heavy driver vs a forklift operator, a mason vs a steel fixer, or a staff nurse vs a caregiver.

Existing contacts with HR, operations or procurement teams at UAE logistics companies, contractors or healthcare providers is a strong advantage.

This is a sales role. Profiles from pure HR, accounts or admin backgrounds will not be considered.

Comfortable working in the field most days and travelling to India for interview drives.

Fluent English and Hindi or Urdu. Malayalam, Tamil or Bengali is a plus.

Valid UAE driving licence. Own car preferred.
