Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; MBA preferred.
• 1.5+ years sales or target-oriented service experience for Master's graduates, or ~2 years for Bachelor's graduates.
• Strong English communication and customer-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve targets.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend educational services.
• Handle inquiries and provide clear information about programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers.
• Conduct sales presentations and explain the value of offerings.
• Follow up with leads via calls, messages, social media, etc.
• Convert qualified leads into enrolments or sales.
• Maintain records of leads, interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor feedback and address queries professionally.
• Stay updated on services, market needs and competitors.
• Support promotional and business-development activities.
• Be willing to relocate to UAE locations as required.
