Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a Specialist, Outreach Student Recruitment to plan and deliver outreach activities that raise awareness of academic programmes and build a qualified pipeline of prospective students, alumni, and partners across the UAE.

You will manage campaigns, information sessions, roadshows, and school visits, while maintaining CRM records and tracking recruitment KPIs. Proficiency in Arabic and English is strongly preferred, with travel across emirates as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• 2–3 years in outreach, marketing, student engagement, admissions, recruitment, or related field.
• Experience in higher education or professional training preferred.
• Proven campaigns, events, and pipeline development with targets.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM platforms (Zoho or HubSpot).
• Strong written and verbal communication; Arabic and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute outreach campaigns, information sessions, webinars, roadshows, school visits, fairs, and counsellor events.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective students, alumni, employers, and community partners.
• Maintain CRM records and lead management from enquiry to enrolment; track KPIs.
• Guide prospective students on programmes, admission requirements, and next steps.
• Coordinate with Communications and Digital Marketing to develop bilingual Arabic and English materials.
• Travel across the UAE for education fairs and events as required.
