Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, website, and walk-ins.
• Counsel prospective students about programs, fees, schedules, and certification.
• Convert leads into admissions with regular follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions and payments.
• Coordinate with trainers and administration regarding batch schedules.
• Support promotional campaigns and other student recruitment activities.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the admission process.
