Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a proactive Inside Sales professional to handle inbound leads from calls, WhatsApp, and web inquiries, guiding learners toward suitable professional programs and driving enrollments.

You will conduct consultative conversations, manage the full sales cycle, keep a healthy pipeline, and maintain CRM records, while meeting monthly targets and building lasting relationships with prospective learners.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven Inside Sales / Education Sales experience.
• Background in Professional Training, Certification Courses, EdTech, or Admissions preferred.
• Proven track record converting leads into paid enrollments.
• Strong telephone and WhatsApp selling skills.
• Excellent counseling and communication skills (English required).
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling ability.
• Experience meeting monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Working knowledge of CRM/lead-management systems.
• UAE training/education market experience preferred.
• Shortlisted candidates must provide proof of past achievements.
• Note: candidates with only retail/field sales may not fit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative sales conversations with working professionals

• Handle price, timing, competition, and other objections confidently
• Maintain accurate CRM records
