Tanqeeb, an educational firm with multiple UAE branches, invites applications for a center manager/centre head based in Dubai/Sharjah. The role focuses on enquiry handling, tele-calling, counselling parents about training programs, and coordinating between teachers and parents.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales/education experience, fluent English, strong negotiation and communication skills, and is proficient in Excel/Office.

Qualifications

• Graduate education required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/center management.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Experience with cold calling is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Office.

Responsibilities

• Enquiry Handling (telephonic and walk-in) & Sales
• Tele Calling
• Counselling parents about our training programs
• Co-ordinating between the teachers and parents
• Maintaining good relations with students and parents.
• Handling enrollments Forms
• Sending marks and reports to parents
• Reporting to senior Center managers
• Manage petty cash& recover unpaid fees on time.
• Follow up on bounced cheques.
