Job summary

A global professional services leader is seeking a Site Architect in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will lead coordination processes, assist in contractual duties, and manage design documentation. Applicants should possess a degree in Architecture and have between 8 to 10 years of experience on large projects. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit is essential. A UAE Driving License and knowledge of building codes are preferred. This role offers an opportunity to work within a supportive team on diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Min of 8-10 years postgraduate experience and a min of 5 years of similar work experience on large projects.
• A professional who can manage and coordinate specialized activity discipline or team of moderate size and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination process with other disciplines.
• Assist the Resident Engineer in performing the contractual duties on site.
• Processing of contract documents & assist contract administration.
• Corrects and updates design documents.
• Reviewing and processing all shop drawings and architectural technical submittals.
• Monitor the interior architectural works for conformance with contract documents.
