Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role; luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems such as Opera.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with hotel standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Upsell hotel rooms, services, and facilities to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Provide information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, transportation, and services.
• Monitor lobby activities and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests and visitors.
• Handle telephone calls, reservations, and guest correspondence professionally.
