Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of Front Office experience in a hotel, leisure, or retail setting, fluent English, strong communication skills, Opera PMS knowledge, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Front Office experience in a hotel, leisure or retail setting.
• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Proactive and customer-service oriented with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations including check-in/check-out for guests.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with FIVE’s service standards.
• Support guests with requests, inquiries, and VIP arrangements.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain grooming standards and professional appearance at all times.
• Assist with upselling and promoting FIVE services and facilities.
• Communicate guest feedback to Front Office leadership.
