You will engage with guests with energy and professionalism, leveraging Opera PMS and MS Office tools to manage daily operations, while maintaining grooming and a customer-centric mindset across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Front Office experience in Hotel, Leisure or Retail.
• English fluency; multilingual a plus.
• Strong communication and guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office operations to ensure efficient check-in/check-out experiences.
• Provide exceptional guest service and address guest inquiries and requests.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to maintain FIVE brand standards.
• Lead team members, promote upselling and maximize occupancy.
• Maintain grooming standards and professional appearance at all times.
• Adapt to a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Share relevant guest feedback with Front Office leadership for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hotel policies.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative hotel environment.
