FIVE Hotels and Resorts in Dubai invites you to join our Front Office as a Front Desk Agent. You will deliver exceptional experiences, greet guests by name, manage check-ins and check-outs with FIVE-Styled service, and uphold grooming standards in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a similar role, fluent English, strong communication and collaborative spirit, and working knowledge of Opera PMS.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a front desk or similar role.
• Fluent English; additional languages preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Proficient with Opera PMS.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out with FIVE-Styled precision.
• Upsell services and manage guest requests to enhance the experience.
• Maintain grooming standards and a polished, professional appearance.
• Log and escalate guest issues to the appropriate manager.
• Keep Opera PMS updated with guest information and room status.
• Coordinate with Reservations to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
