Evaluate the condition of tools and equipment used by field engineers to ensure they meet safety standards.
Develop and deliver quality and safety training programs for field maintenance engineers and provide comprehensive documentation.
Manage the lifecycle of network defects from identification to resolution, ensuring timely and effective closure.
Oversight of quality control during new site builds, battery installations, and provision of guidance on frequently asked questions.
Track and document progress of various regional projects, highlighting actual achievements versus planned milestones.
Daily reporting and timely updates on basic activities.
A minimum of four years' experience in quality management within the telecommunications or network operations sector.
A bachelor's degree or diploma in quality, health and safety, or a related field.
Proven expertise in project or defect lifecycle management.
Effective technical communication and training skills.
