Job summary
A premium hotel chain is seeking a Co-ordinator for Operation Services to join their pre-opening team. Responsibilities include customer service, managing bookings, and ensuring guests have a safe and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and possess good relationship building skills. This role requires shift work and offers the opportunity to be part of a pioneering team.
Responsibilities
- Handle telephone enquiries and customer service.
- Manage face-to-face and group bookings.
- Ensure a pleasant and safe experience for guests.
- Maintain service standards.
- Track inventory stock.
Skills

- Handling telephone enquiries and customer service
- Handling face to face bookings, group bookings and telephonic booking
- Provide a pleasant, safe and fun experience for all guests
- Set and maintain service standards
- Keep track of stocks inventory
- Loves interacting with guests and visitors
- Is enthusiastic and customer-oriented
- Display initiative
- Creative with an eye for detail
- Has good relationship building & diplomacy skills
- Willing to work shifts
