The successful candidate will be critical in maintaining the functionality, safety, and aesthetics of the property. The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance activities, manage a team of maintenance staff, and coordinate with other departments to address and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure the highest standards of facility upkeep.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance staff.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance issues promptly.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, track expenses and optimise resource allocation.
• Lead and supervise maintenance projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

• Project management or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor personnel and manage supplier relationships.
• Extensive technical, practical, and leadership experience, including projects and maintenance.
• Site and facilities management experience preferred.
