A reputable recruitment agency seeks a Litigation Attorney in Boland, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have an LLB and at least 3 years' post-admission experience in civil litigation. Responsibilities include managing legal documents, representing clients in court, and advising on various legal matters. Proficiency in Afrikaans and English is essential. Offering a salary range of R 30 000 - R 40 000 ctc per month.

- Admitted Attorney with at least 3 years' post-admission experience.
- Experience in handling all aspects of civil litigation.
- Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English.
Mansioni
- Handle all aspects of civil litigation including divorces and evictions.
- Draft and review applications, summonses, affidavits, and court documents.
- Advise clients and represent them in various courts.
- Manage files and communicate with clients and legal entities.

- Civil Litigation
- Experience with Ghost Practice will be beneficial
- Handling all aspects of civil litigation, including divorces and evictions
- Drafting and reviewing applications, summonses, affidavits, notices, and other court documents
- Advising clients
- Representing clients in the High court and Magistrate’s Court, Labour Court and Land Claims Court
- Proper File management, communication with clients, Advocates, Sheriffs, the Master's office
- Certain social responsibilities, e.g. attending networking evenings & marketing events
- Afrikaans and English proficiency: non-negotiable
