The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and assisting attorneys with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Minimum Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates; maintain attorneys’ calendars.
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and other stakeholders as required.
  • File legal documents with courts and government agencies.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and other basic financial administration.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
