Qualifications

  • 2-3 years post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm and/or corporate legal environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Organise, maintain, and archive legal documents both digitally and physically.
  • Assist with audit preparation and maintain accurate B-BBEE records.
  • Draft and review contracts and NDAs.
