As a senior recruitment specialist, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, screening and shortlisting candidates, and creating marketing strategies and proposals.
In this role, you will have the autonomy to work independently and remotely, with a strong emphasis on achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Candidate Screening: Screen and shortlist suitable candidates for our clients.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and proposals to attract top talent.
- Able to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
- Strong candidate screening and shortlisting skills.
- Ability to create engaging marketing strategies and proposals.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and databases.
