Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in South Africa is seeking a motivated Sales Executive for the construction industry in Roodepoort. This role requires a proven sales track record with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle and building a solid pipeline of clients. This position offers a base salary of R20,000 per month plus performance-based commissions of R5,000 to R25,000+.

Our Client is looking for a driven Sales Executive for Jan 2026. If you have a proven sales track record, this is your chance to be the face of our company, consulting with key decision-makers in the construction industry to sell our market-leading software.
Salary: R20,000 per month with benefits.Performance-based commissions ranging from R5,000 to R25,000+ per month.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional, consultative sales meetings with pre-qualified potential clients in the construction sector.
- Understand client needs and demonstrate how the software solutions provide measurable value.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial appointment to closing the deal.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential accounts.
- Represent the 5-star brand with integrity and expertise.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of success in a previous sales role.
- Must be highly target-driven and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
- Excellent face-to-face communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- A professional demeanour and the ability to build rapport with business owners.
- Must have own reliable transport to travel to appointments.
