Key Account Manager
Job summary
A leading educational institution in Cape Town is looking for a Key Account Manager to enhance client relations and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the Temporary Employment Services sector. Qualifications

- Act as the first call for client queries with quick responses.
- Maintain regular client engagement and satisfaction.

This role is critical to ensuring seamless on-site leadership, and meeting client expectations by ensuring excellent client relationships, operational efficiency, and continuous business growth.

- A Minimum of 2 Years working experience in a similar role in the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry or Logistics & Warehousing Industries.
- Strong MS Excel proficiency.
- Great communicator.
- Confident team leader with strong problem solving ability.
- Valid Driver’s License & Own Vehicle (non-negotiable).
- Act as the first call for all client queries, ensuring quick and professional responses at all times.
- Maintain regular client engagement, including scheduled check-in meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify needs.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing clients, including increasing headcount and expanding services.
- Identify gaps in operational performance and proactively provide solutions.
- Conduct basic site inductions and safety briefings.
- Ensuring appropriate site rules are in place.
- Equip employees with correct PPE.
- Assist with coordination of staff on site.
- Sound knowledge of labour-related HR/IR processes
- Maintain client satisfaction.
- Closely working with payroll data.
- Ensure employee shifts are being filled.
- Focus on productivity on site.
- Well-organized.
- The ability to mediate to resolve issues, including involvement in disciplinary action.
- An understanding of legal responsibilities.
