Total working hours: Casual. Working pattern: Covering holidays and sickness. Rate of pay: £12.52 per hour.
Bollington Medical Centre, The Waterhouse, Wellington Road, Bollington, Macclesfield, SK10 5JH
- Participating in all branch processes
- Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
- Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services
- Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis
- NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course
- Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and ability to handle medications accurately
- Self‑motivated and proactive
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Previous customer service training (optional)
