Job summary
A leading creative agency in Durban North seeks a proactive Junior Practice Assistant to support daily operations and assist in managing client projects. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and at least 1 year of administration experience, preferably in the Optical industry. This full-time role offers a salary of R 5 000 - R 6 000 plus incentives. Applications close on 13 October 2025.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience within the Optical industry is advantageous.
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English required.
- Valid RSA driver's license and own transport OR reliable transport.
Responsibilities
- Receiving patients.
- Opening and managing patient files.
- Assist patients with fitting frames.
- Compile quotations and invoices.
- Assist with stock takes.
- Schedule appointments.
- Ensure that the practice is organized and tidy.

- Matric
- Computer literate in Excel
- 1 year of administration experience
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience within the Optical industry, will be advantageous
- Previous sales experience
- Experience in customer service and stock control
- Experience in medical practices beneficial
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English
- Valid RSA driver's license and own transport OR reliable transport
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends
