Collect customer signatures and handle returns or exchanges as necessary. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues. Maintain delivery logs and accurate records. Efficient route planning and time management to minimise delays. Complete required paperwork related to deliveries and vehicle maintenance. Accurately pick items from inventory according to the packing slip or order form. Pack goods securely to avoid damage during transit. Label packages correctly and ensure documentation matches the order. Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery items. Provide professional and courteous service during deliveries. Handle customer complaints or issues during delivery and escalate as needed.
