The Quality Health Safety Environment Assistant Manager will be responsible for implementing a Quality Management System and maintaining such. The Employee will perform internal, vendor and supplier audits. The Employee will also be responsible for driving the development and implementation of the Company's proprietary RFID management system. He will be expected to work unsupervised and will be required to supervise other Company personnel.
Responsibilities
- Assist the QHSE Manager with the below, Including, but not limited to:
- Design and implement an integrated quality management system to ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 and API 01 & 02 standard, Monogram.
- Company to keep all current accreditations and obtain any new accreditations nominated by Management.
- Drafting of procedures, work instructions, policies and record formats.
- Review project reports/ records.
- Manage the calibration of all inspection equipment.
- Witness weld procedures and assist in managing qualification thereof.
- Witness welder qualifications, in house and third party.
- Carry out root cause analysis on improvement logs.
- C compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management.
- Maintaining relevant HSE logs and documentation.
- Compliance of applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary.
- Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis.
- Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors.
- Development and presentation of relevant HSE training.
- Observing HSE regulations, wear all required safety equipment, encouraging safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or report them to the proper personnel.
- Work with employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance.
- Perform other work-related tasks as required as assigned.
- Survey production areas on a regular basis to establish HSE presence and provide support.
- Conducting regular HSE Meetings/ Trainings and schedule as needed.
- Enforcing compliance of Regulatory requirements and notify Manager of shortfalls.
- Overseeing Hazardous Waste Storage area and ensuring regulatory agency compliance i.e. labelling, containment, proper disposal, documentation, etc.
- Emergency response and provide first aid treatment (TBD).
- Overseeing Behavior Based/ Observation Safety Programs.
- Implement timed drills involving medical and trauma emergencies to assist with continued development.
- Administering and maintaining compliance programs.
Skills
- An advanced knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel

Experience
- Five years\' experience in Quality and Health and Safety Management
