Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update internal databases, systems, and records with high accuracy
- Prepare and manage reports, documentation, and correspondence
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments
- Handle customer queries and forward them to relevant departments when necessary
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management and teams
- Perform filing, scanning, and archiving of important company documents
- Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies
- Support HR, finance, and logistics teams with back-end requirements
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees
- Provide general administrative support as needed
