Zusammenfassung
A leading retail firm seeks a candidate in Durban to deliver excellent customer service and manage operational activities at the point of sale. Responsibilities include promoting the clubcard, maintaining a high standard of merchandising, and ensuring cash handling accuracy. Ideal candidates have Grade 12 education with a background in retail or FMCG and possess strong customer service skills. Qualifikationen
- Experience in a customer facing role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment is desirable.
Aufgaben
- Execute all operational activities at the point of sale efficiently and timely.
- Promote the Clicks' clubcard and enroll new members.
- Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador.
- Maintain merchandising and general housekeeping standards.
