Resumo da oferta
A technology solutions firm in Cape Town is seeking a motivated Junior Systems Analyst. The role involves documenting system requirements, supporting system testing, and monitoring system performance. Ideal candidates will have a National Diploma in Information Communication Technology and at least one year of related experience. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with senior team members and gain valuable insights into systems analysis.
Qualificações
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Systems Analyst or similar roles.
- Exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in systems analysis and documentation processes.
Responsabilidades
- Assist in documenting system requirements and workflows.
- Support system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor system performance and report issues to senior team members.
- Participate in developing system documentation and user guides.
- Learn and apply tools and techniques used in systems analysis.
