Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will learn how to identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to start a rewarding career in sales and develop their skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable products or services

Learn and implement the company’s sales process and techniques

Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and events

Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems

Collaborate with team members and managers to improve sales strategies

Attend regular training and development sessions to improve product knowledge and selling skills

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude

Ability to quickly learn about products/services and adapt to new sales methods

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, in person, and through digital channels

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
