• Change programmes: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on operational change and efficiency programmes.
• Continuous improvement: Regularly identify and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all team activities comply with relevant control, compliance requirements, and quality standards.

Education

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies are required.
