Service Manager – Caribbean Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead a dynamic automotive service department in the Caribbean. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving technical excellence, and leading high-performing teams, this could be your next big move.

The Role:

As Service Manager, you’ll oversee the smooth, efficient, and profitable day-to-day operations of the service department. This hands-on leadership role blends technical expertise, customer care, and team management to create a top-tier aftersales experience.

You’ll serve as the vital link between the workshop, service advisors, and senior management—ensuring the service operation exceeds expectations across the board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Aftersales Manager in meeting departmental targets and driving business growth
  • Increase profitability through labour, parts, and accessory sales
  • Ensure service standards and processes are consistently upheld
  • Monitor and improve workshop productivity, efficiency, and utilisation
  • Lead, manage, and mentor service advisors, technicians, and support staff
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and build lasting loyalty
  • Plan and forecast departmental performance, reporting regularly on KPIs
  • Ensure vehicles are serviced in a timely, professional, and high-quality manner

  • Solid technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and repair
  • Familiarity with dealership systems and service processes
  • A valid driver’s license (manual and automatic)
