We are seeking an SEO & Content Manager to drive organic growth across the group’s websites (OneDome, CMME, Coreco, NHP, etc.). This intermediate role focuses on improving search visibility, generating high-intent traffic, and building brand authority.
● Take ownership of organic growth strategy across a portfolio of leading brands● Work in a data-driven and innovation-focused marketing team● Collaborate with developers, designers, and content creators to deliver impactful SEO and content initiatives● Opportunity to shape brand authority and drive high-intent traffic● Gain exposure to both strategic and technical aspects of SEO in a growth-oriented environment
● Develop and execute organic search strategies to increase website traffic● Perform keyword research, technical audits, and competitive analysis● Plan and optimise high-quality content aligned with SEO goals● Collaborate with developers to enhance site speed and usability● Lead link-building and outreach efforts● Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
● 4+ years’ experience in SEO and content marketing● Proficiency with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog● Strong knowledge of technical SEO and on/off-page optimisation● Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)● Exceptional written and editorial skills● Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
