Job Title: Life Insurance Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated Life Insurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This full-time, remote role supports U.S.-based clients and focuses primarily on life insurance products, with involvement in client services, administrative support, and the new application and underwriting processes.
Process new life insurance applications from submission through underwriting and approval.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via email and phone.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and policy updates.
Act as a liaison between clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing.
Assist with investment-related administrative support when required.
Track application statuses and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements.
Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
Minimum 2 years of experience in life insurance and investment services.
Proven track record in client services and administrative support roles.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a remote environment.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and web-based tools.
Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working 3 PM to 11 PM South Africa time (to align with U.S. hours).
Experience with U.S. insurance carriers and financial services industry standards.
Familiarity with underwriting processes and regulatory compliance in insurance.
