Job description

Our client specializes in inbound multichannel customer support across various verticals from their strategically located centres in Fiji, South Africa, and Peru, as well as via their work-from-home colleagues in Namibia. As an international award-winning multilingual contact centre, they recognize that their staff and the relationships they build with clients are their greatest and most valuable assets.

Job Details
  1. Job Type: Full time / Permanent
  2. Workplace: Fully Remote
  3. Language Required: Italian (C1 / C2)
  4. Start Date: 17 March 2025
  5. Training: 4-11 Weeks (Fully Remote)
  6. Working Hours: Monday to Friday with shifts between 07:00 - 19:00 on a rotational basis and 09:00 - 17:00 on Saturdays
  7. Salary: R15,833 per month (non-negotiable)
  8. Additional Incentives: Up to R4000.00 per month
  9. Candidate Location: Candidates in CPT are preferred; applications from other parts of South Africa will also be considered.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Italian (Verbal & Written, C1 / C2)
  • Residing in South Africa with a valid South African ID or residence permit
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • Stable fixed-line internet connection (Fibre or ADSL); wireless not accepted
  • UPS solution for load shedding (own or purchased through client)
  • Training provided (product and systems)
  • Probation period: 4 months
Responsibilities
  • Support a prestigious airline brand across various work streams
  • Assist passengers with pre- and post-flight travel queries in Italian & English
  • Work on airline reservation systems and handle voice calls in German, including written correspondence
  • Engage daily with international passengers, managing queries and compliments
  • Meet key performance indicators and client service standards
  • Operate in a demanding, time-sensitive call center environment
