Job description

Compensation :

Your salary will be based on your location and experience, with a maximum of €2,100 for a 40-hour workweek. Vacation, public holidays, and sick days are covered.

We organize physical and virtual network meetings, conferences, podcasts, and other networking opportunities for our community members. Additionally, we operate websites, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp channels through which we publish custom content such as posts, newsletters, and blog posts, connecting community members. Role Responsibilities :

You will support our communities and our team by handling repetitive but essential tasks that ensure smooth community operations. Your role focuses on maintaining LinkedIn and email-based workflows and assisting with community management tasks, particularly in acquiring new members and fostering engagement.

Specific tasks include :
  • Contact potential community members with pre-written messages via LinkedIn
  • Send invitations to potential and existing community members via LinkedIn and email
  • Respond to incoming LinkedIn comments using templates adapted to the situation
  • Review interactions with our content and contact those who could benefit from joining our communities via LinkedIn messages
  • Send invitations to follow our LinkedIn community pages
  • Schedule posts on LinkedIn
  • Maintain our community member database (CRM)
  • Ensure error-free work and precise execution, especially in LinkedIn communications
  • Work efficiently, aiming to send up to 150 pre-formulated messages per hour
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively with excellent time management
Your profile :
  • Fluent in English and German at a minimum C1 level, with strong spelling and grammar skills. French is optional.
  • Available to start as soon as possible with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Available during core hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM), with flexible scheduling within this window.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in roles such as assistant, support staff, administrator, or customer support.
  • Previous remote work experience, proficient with computers and internet, with a stable internet connection.
  • German language skills at C1 level are beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working under clear guidelines.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Sheets, with skills in data entry, formatting, formulas, sorting, and filtering.
  • Willing to travel once or twice annually for company meetings.
  • Supportive of remote-first culture, with physical meetings 1-2 times per year.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to take initiative and responsibility.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and engaging in community building.
  • Interested in gaining insights into fast-paced, international company operations and working with well-known corporates.
  • Willing to contribute to employee wellbeing initiatives, such as sports and wellness activities.
