Job Description : Sales Operations Assistant

Salary Range : $1,200 to $1,400 Usd Monthly Based on Experience

Type of Contract : Independent Contractor Agreement

100% Remote open for South Africa, The Phillipines and LATAM Region

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Sales Operations Assistant to support a dynamic sales team operating across U.S. time zones. This remote role is ideal for a candidate based in South Africa with strong CRM experience—particularly Salesforce—and the flexibility to work during U.S. Central or Mountain Time hours.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Administration : Maintain and manage existing workflows, ensuring accurate data entry and order processing.

Data Auditing : Conduct manual audits by comparing Excel reports using tools such as V-Lookup to verify accuracy.

Inbox and Ticket Management : Triage incoming emails and support requests on behalf of traveling directors.

Support Functions : Act as a bridge between operational and sales teams by ensuring seamless communication and process execution.

Requirements :

Proven experience with Salesforce CRM and data entry.

Proficient in Excel, especially V-Lookup and data validation techniques.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently across U.S. time zones, preferably aligned with Central or Mountain Time .

Terms :

3-month probationary period under a managed services model, with equipment and training provided.

Option to transition to an independent contractor role post-probation.
