Working in our claims department, you'll be a key point of contact for customers with insurance claims queries. Our goal is to provide fair and timely resolutions, ensuring customer concerns are appropriately handled every time.

Your main objective is to understand, address, and resolve customer issues while adhering to treating customers fairly and following FCA guidelines.

• Prioritize the customer’s interests while providing exceptional service.
• Manage both outbound and inbound calls, handling cases from start to finish.
• Engage effectively with customers to resolve complaints promptly.
• Lodge claims, update details, and make adjustments or cancellations as needed.

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
• Clear credit and criminal record
• At least 1 year of experience in insurance claims (local or international)
• Proven experience in the insurance industry
• Track record of high performance
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical and numeric skills

• Assisting customers with insurance claims
• Handling inquiries via email and phone
• Proactively identifying issues before they escalate
• Managing escalated calls and complaints according to procedures
• Providing world-class customer service to international clients
• Collaborating across departments to resolve issues
