• Customer Service and Sales: Deliver exceptional service, greet customers, educate them on Lindt products, and handle inquiries passionately. Upsell and promote current promotions, assist in product selection, and manage transactions efficiently.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive understanding of products, including specifications, ingredients, storage, and allergens.
• General Store Operations: Lead by example in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment. Handle stock management, opening and closing procedures, and safety compliance.
• Work, Health, and Safety: Comply with safety standards, report hazards, and assist in inventory management and store administration.

• Customer service and sales skills
• Cash handling and transaction proficiency

• Previous customer service and retail experience
• Grade 12 qualification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor
