- Oversee day-to-day support operations, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Provide advanced hardware, software, server, and network support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated and complex ICT issues.
- Manage Active Directory, Microsoft , and user access.
- Perform system installations, configurations, and maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime of critical services.
- Oversee patching, backups, updates, and ICT security compliance.
- Maintain documentation, procedures, and IT asset registers.
- Support ICT projects, deployments, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Education: Relevant Degree, Diploma, or related qualification.
- ITIL Foundation will be advantageous.
- Experience: 47 years experience in ICT / IT Support.
- Minimum 2 years in a team lead or supervisory position.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support experience.
- Advanced experience with Windows OS, Office, and Active Directory.
- Good understanding of virtualisation technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).
- Strong networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP / IP, VPN, Firewalls).
- Experience with backup solutions, security tools, and patch management.
- Azure or AWS fundamentals.
