Job summary
A recruitment consultancy in Stellenbosch seeks an experienced accountant to prepare annual budgets, manage audits, and ensure compliance with tax statutes. Ideal candidates will have SAICA/CIMA qualifications and a strong background in management reporting. This role offers an opportunity to lead a team within a vibrant environment.
Qualifications
- Completed articles with SAICA/CIMA preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience will be advantageous.

- Prepare and manage annual budgets.
- Establish controls to monitor expenses.
- Oversee administration staff management.

- Preparation and management of annual audits.
- Monthly reporting for selected entities.
- Establishing controls to monitor expenses.
- Monthly variance reporting.
- Management of administrative staff.
- Oversight of allocation of expenses per entity and departmental unit.
- Responsible for all tax and statutory compliance requirements.
- Accounting qualification, preferably with SAICA/CIMA articles completed.
- Honours degree will be advantageous.
- Articles completed.
- 2 years of relevant experience will be advantageous.
