Ideal candidates will hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree, have at least two years of youth work experience, and possess strong facilitation and record-keeping skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Education, Youth Work, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in youth work or community development.
• Experience designing and facilitating youth programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement youth development programs and activities.
• Engage directly with young people to understand needs and aspirations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to youth participants.
• Facilitate workshops on life skills, career readiness and personal development.
• Connect youth with educational and employment opportunities.
• Collaborate with schools and community organisations.
• Monitor progress and evaluate program outcomes.
• Maintain records of youth engagement and outcomes.
• Identify challenges faced by youth and address them.
• Organise and supervise youth events and outings.
