• Degree or diploma in Social Sciences, Youth Work, Education, Community Development, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to design and delivering youth programs.
• Strong communication, facilitation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage youth development programs focused on education, skills training, mentorship, and recreation.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify challenges and opportunities for youth in George.
• Facilitate workshops and group sessions to promote personal development and leadership.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and mentors.
• Build relationships with schools, community centers, and government agencies in George.
• Develop and manage program budgets and ensure financial accountability.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and prepare impact reports.
• Organize events, camps, and excursions for youth participants.
• Serve as a role model and provide guidance to youth.
• Stay informed on trends in youth development and community engagement.
