Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of youth development programs.
• Develop strategic partnerships with schools, community centers, and other youth-serving organizations in Pretoria.
• Manage program budgets, ensuring responsible and effective resource allocation.
• Supervise and mentor program staff and volunteers.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and recreational activities for youth.
• Monitor participant progress and provide guidance and support.
• Develop and maintain program documentation and reporting systems.
• Engage with parents, guardians, and community members to foster support for youth development initiatives.
• Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in youth development.
