You will collaborate with schools, community groups, and government partners, monitor outcomes, manage budgets, and contribute to new proposals. A Master’s degree and 7+ years in non-profit PM are preferred, with travel across KwaZulu-Natal.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive program management experience in non-profit or development sectors.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and teams.
• Strong understanding of youth development and community needs in Durban.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and implementation of youth empowerment programs in Durban.
• Manage program budgets and resources efficiently.
• Supervise and mentor program officers and support staff.
• Develop partnerships with schools, community groups, and government agencies.
• Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and report to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and ensure participant safety.
• Organize training sessions and workshops for beneficiaries.
• Represent the organization at community meetings and conferences.
• Contribute to new program proposals and funding applications.
• Ensure activities align with the organization's goals and mission.
