Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and execution of youth development programs.
• Manage program budgets, resources and staff.
• Develop partnerships with schools, community centers, and local government.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Design monitoring and evaluation frameworks and adjust programs based on data.
• Create safe, inclusive environments for participants.
