Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Minimum 3 years’ youth work, program facilitation or community development experience.
• Understanding of adolescent development and youth issues.
• Experience with diverse youth in Gauteng region.
• Excellent facilitation, mentoring and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage youth development programs and activities.
• Mentor and guide youth on life skills, career paths and education opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops on leadership, communication and personal development.
• Conduct needs assessments for Benoni youth needs and aspirations.
• Build relationships with schools, community organisations and stakeholders.
• Connect youth with resources, internships and employment opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and report on outcomes.
