Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, education, psychology, youth development or related field.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in youth development or program management.
• Experience in curriculum development and program implementation for youth.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate youth from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience supervising staff and managing volunteers.
• Knowledge of adolescent development and relevant social issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with databases.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in Gauteng.
• Commitment to empowering young people and positive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of youth programs in Sandton.
• Design curriculum and activities for skill-building, leadership, and personal development.
• Oversee program operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and participant engagement.
• Recruit, train and supervise program staff and volunteers working with youth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, parents and community partners.
• Monitor program outcomes and collect data to evaluate impact and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage program budgets and resources effectively.

• Represent the organization at community events and stakeholder meetings.
