Placements24 is seeking a Youth Development Program Facilitator in Benoni to design and deliver engaging workshops that boost life skills, career readiness, and personal growth for youth aged 16-24. You will work with mentors and partners to create a supportive learning environment and motivate youths to reach their potential.

The role blends structured program delivery with dynamic interaction, requiring creativity, energy, and a commitment to social impact in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in youth work, facilitation, teaching, or related field.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in curriculum development or workshop design is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions on leadership, communication, financial literacy, and career planning.
• Facilitate group discussions, team-building activities, and mentorship sessions for youth.
• Develop and implement activities that foster personal growth, resilience, and social responsibility.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide guidance and support to participants throughout the program.
• Collaborate with schools, community partners, and employers to create learning opportunities.
• Monitor participant progress and provide feedback to support development.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new participants.
• Contribute to program evaluation by collecting feedback and documenting outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of engagement and activities.
• Stay updated on best practices in youth development and adolescent psychology.
