You will collaborate with schools, community centres, volunteers, and partners to deliver workshops, mentoring and activities, while monitoring outcomes and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Youth Development, Social Work, Education, Community Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in youth work, program coordination or community development.
• Strong understanding of adolescent development and intervention strategies.
• Budgeting and project management experience.
• Driver's license and flexibility to work evenings/weekends.
