Job summary

IntelliStaff is seeking an Event Coordinator in Stellenbosch to plan, coordinate and execute weddings, private functions, corporate events and wine experiences at a prestigious wine estate.

You will lead client briefings, liaise with hospitality teams and suppliers, develop layouts and itineraries, and ensure flawless event delivery with safety and compliance. Evening/weekend flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience:Minimum 35 years experience in event coordination, preferably within a wine estate, hotel, or high-end hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all events hosted at the wine estate, including weddings, celebrations, private functions, and corporate gatherings.
• Source and manage relationships with third-party service providers and suppliers; negotiate and oversee bookings.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients from booking to event completion and manage client queries.
