Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel nationally within South Africa.

Responsabilités

• Initiate communication to wholesalers to grow the 20lt Palm, 20lt Oil bucket market, and baking oil ingredients.
• Work closely with buyers and owners to drive sales into wholesalers, ensuring sales plans and strategies are executed for growth.
• Provide technical support to end users, train wholesaler representatives, and assist customers in converting from competitor products.
• Respond to inquiries, providing comprehensive information to customers and internal departments.
• Address customer needs, queries, and concerns courteously and promptly.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering personalized service and post-sale support.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the line manager while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Manage market expectations.
• Resolve tickets efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement channel strategy and marketing plans.
